We found a great little farm in Payson that will let you pick your own berries. It was only $2/lb too. We picked 14.5 lbs. of raspberries.
We explained to the kids what a ripe berry looked like. Alyssa was scared she'd pick an unrippened berry and get in trouble. Every time before she would pick one she'd ask "is this one good?"
Sadie wasn't the most helpful child while picking berries. She'd pick up the full buckets and spill them on the ground. She'd also wander off and get "lost" in the plants a few rows over and cry. She did do a good job picking berries when she wasn't causing trouble.
Picking berries was very relaxing. (Which is something we really need in our lives right now). We picked berries for two hours and had a blast!

Berry Picking
Jack got bored fast, like usually. Gavan was helpful and picked a lot of berries.
