Our house is under contract!!! We called our Realtor on Thursday, the house was on the market Friday night, had an offer Saturday night and under contract today (Monday). We close October 26th. We pretty much got what we wanted out of the deal. Talk about moving quickly! We are truly blessed to have our house move so quickly.
On top of that, I got my laptop back today and all the repairs were covered under warranty. The only thing that could have made this day better would been a nap. :-) Unfortunately I don't seen naps as an option anytime soon...to much to do.
