Lights at Temple Square

Last week we met some friends in SLC to see the lights at Temple Square. This is the only picture we remembered to take while there. We chose a bad night to go, it was REALLY cold, there was a Jazz game and a Tabernacle Choir concert going on. Finding parking was a joke. Thanks Rob and Kristina for meeting us there. As always, it was great to visit.

Before the lights we took the kids to dinner at Buca Di Beppo. It is a family style Italian restaurant downtown. The kids enjoyed the tour of the kitchen.

I love calamari! We bought some for an appetizer and the kids loved it too! We were surprised that the kids ate it, even after we told them it was squid.
Sadie loved that she got a cup with a straw. Gavan loved that the waiter thought he was big enough to have a "real" glass.
