Jack is always saying something pretty funny. It gets even better now that he is reading. We bought Raisin Bran cereal this week and yesterday he came down to breakfast and asked for "Raisin Brain".
Gary & I went to Gerrison Keeler Concert last night. For those who don't know who he is, which is probably most people under 40, he does radio shows on NPR and is a storyteller. He was in the movie "A prairie home companion Most of his stories are about midwesterners. His sense of humor is very dry! Gary loved it and I got new outfit so I can't complain.
This week Alyssa tripped and hurt her leg. She complained that her knee hurt and would not walk on it. So we took her into the doctor to make sure she didn't damage her growth plate. He sent us home after the x-ray said to have her elevate her leg (if that is possible for a 2 year old), and wrap it and give her motrin for a few days. The doctor called today and said the radiologist thinks their might be a fracture in her femur and growth plate. So now we wait while we try to get an appointment with Primary Children's Hospital in SLC so she can have an MRI.

OUCH! Poor baby. I hope it turns out ok!
I hope she is ok. Don't you hate when doctors tell you to do stuff like that (have a 2 year old keep her leg elevated) that's totally impossible!
Anyway, I hope it doesn't take too long to heal.
BTW, it's ok if you add us to your list of blogging friends! ;o)
